This has been quite the year in Real Estate. I was so busy at the beginning of the year, I barely made it up for air. Now at the mid way point, I have seen things slow down. From my end, sometimes that is just how things play out. You’re busy all at once. In our business we commonly say, “Is business slow? Then plan a vacation! Everyone in town will call when you’re busy or away!” It’s like Murphy’s law. My point is, I am definitely seeing a shift in the market. Things aren’t as urgent. More listings are out there. This is great news for the frustrated buyer. Supply is still tight, but things appear to be on the way to balancing out.
