East Nashville
East Nashville is located just across the river from Downtown Nashville. It is an urban, up and coming area. Property is hot right now on the East side and only going to continue to increase in value in the coming years. Many people are buying houses to renovate in this area. We have seen entire streets transformed over time creating unique pockets in the area that you may not know about unless you live close by. Because of the diversity, price ranges in this area can vary, depending on Neighborhoods and Streets, quite drastically. There are a few different areas of East Nashville. Neighborhoods on the rise like Cleveland Park. The more established Inglewood, Lockeland Springs, Eastwood Neighbors and Rosebank, just to name a few. I can help with all. East Nashville is my main area of expertise and I keep plugged in to what’s going on in real estate as well as events. If you are interested in East Nashville, contact me! On a strictly personal note, I have lived in East Nashville for over 10 years. I truly love it. Most of my friends live nearby. I can ride my bike to their houses. (Thanks bike lanes J) It’s almost like I am a child again, cruising the neighborhood. I can ride to the Donelson/ Opry Mills area on the Greenway in only 15 minutes. There’s a nature center in Shelby Bottoms, a pond to fish in, 2 golf courses and lots of scenery. Did I mention the dog park rocks? You can be downtown in 10 minutes and you don’t really have to leave the neighborhood, unless you just want too.
On the East side, there is always something going on, a new restaurant to try, someone inviting you to cookout or a band covering their new album for anyone in the neighborhood that wants to listen. The people watching is A+ here as well! Hipsters, artists, musicians- WE WELCOME ALL. We embrace a sense of unity in our neighborhood. We are proud to be East-siders! We support our neighborhood businesses.
Homes are their very own art show. Craftsman bungalows, colonial fixer uppers, Spanish style haciendas, we’ve got it all. And did I say the area is beautiful? The trees are plentiful and the occasion weird occurrences will at the very least, give you something to talk about.
